CNC Punching

The Trumpf TC500 1600 FMC (Flexible Manufacturing Cell) is capable of cutting thicknesses up to 5mm. This machine has the ability to run automatically in a fully unmanned, lights out operation.

Complete with Sheet-master and Grip-master this machine has automatic sheet loading, part picking, stacking of components and skeleton removal. It has an extended lifting frame and can handle sheets up to 4.5 x 1.6 metres wide. A vast collection of tooling and the latest Radan Offline Programming Software with true shape nesting allows us to group components to maximum efficiency.
